Ambial is a product of Trame Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17181192. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number CSN5164567.

Trame Software Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about it at privacy@ambial.co.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the website at ambial.co and the early-access form linked from it.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the answers you give in the form:

• your work email address
• your company name and website
• your role and the size of your team
• the tools where your company knowledge lives, and the AI tools or agents your team uses
• anything you write in the open question
• whether you would join a call about the pilot, and your consent to be contacted

We also record which button on the website you used to open the form.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• to reply to your request and contact you about early access and the pilot programme
• to understand which tools and problems matter most to teams like yours, so we can decide what to build first

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our legal basis

We contact you about early access because you consent to it in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We use your answers to plan the product on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding what prospective customers need.

Who we share it with

We use Typeform to run the early-access form. Typeform processes your answers on our behalf under its data processing terms. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. To make a request, email privacy@ambial.co. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
